Philippines. Correspondence "Operation of the Electric Eye". 1949. 10 Centavos, P-127 Unlisted Specimen Banknote. Missing serial numbers and series. Brownish-purple on light tan with excess margins on right and top, back is brownish-purple. POC's . Most of the top note is present but is missing the left margin, also included is about 1/2 of the lower note and top right corner of the bottom note. Evidently this was used for testing the response of an "Electric Eye" for printing of banknotes. Letter is dated Sept. 28, 1954 from the Philadelphia office of SBNC. Appears Uncirculated but there are 2 staple hole on the top printed edge in the middle. Rare Philippine production material and banknote. SBNC.
