Shanghai, China, 15th July 1920. $10 Local Currency. P-S232s2, S/M#C271-4d, Shanghai Branch, Specimen banknote, Black on m/c face with portrait of Statue of Liberty on right, Back is green. Appears Uncirculated to CU with large even margins, bright colors, sharp corners and fresh appearance but there is a very slight ink thin in 3 small spots on the face not hurting the paper. Pin-punch specimen and POC's, red specimen overprint, regular serial numbers "010373". Rarely seen Shanghai branch issue. ABNC.
