Hong Kong, 1st July, 1913, P-155bs, Unlisted Specimen Banknote, 2 printed signatures, Black on light blue, Helmeted woman on left, harbor scene on lower right, back orange-red, Pin-punch CANCELLED, S/N's 1476001 - 1776000, PMG graded Choice Uncirculated 64 NET with note of archival notations with order number and date "16-4-(19)18", the minor rust is a miniscule spot on the back approximately 1/2mm in size that is probably an ink spot, not rust. Rare note that deserves a higher designation of grade. BWC. Tied with finest known out of 8 graded.
