Chisna Consolidated Mines Co., 1907, 1000 Shares Capital Stock - successor to the Central Alaska Gold & Copper Co., it advertised 28 placer claims on the Chisna/Chisna River and additional ground at Landlocked Bay (Prince William Sound), printed by Goes; Copper River Copper Co., 1908, 533 Shares Capital Stock, Alaska property but incorporated in Arizona—typical of Outside finance vehicles formed to work Copper River–district prospects during the pre-Kennecott rush; Spirit Mountain Copper Co., 1911, 5 Shares Preferred Stock, named for Spirit Mountain in the Chugach Range near the Copper River/Valdez corridor, reflecting local copper exploration in that belt, issued with no vignette; Nome-Montana-New Mexico Mining Co. Consolidated, 1911, $50 7% Gold Coupon Bond, a multi-jurisdiction venture (Alaska and New Mexico, incorporated in Wisconsin) raising capital across western camps in the post-Nome era.
