Washington, D.C., 1969. $1000 Absolute Money Satirical Banknote, Green. A very interesting note that decries the issuance of paper money by the United States. At the right is Uncle Sam feeding rags into a machine named the U.S. Mint, with currency being churned out. An interesting commentary on the state of paper money in the United States. There are many other interesting comments and satirical essays on reverse, such as "Burn the Bonds, Shoot the Bondholder" and "Down with Capital, Vive la Commune." XF condition.
