Malta, 1 October 1886, Anglo-Egyptian Banking Company Ltd., set £1-£5-£10-£20, P-S102; P-S103; P-S104; P-S-105, All Unlisted Specimen on white paper instead of listed pink paper, a spectacular series of notes, All of the notes have a portrait of Grand Master La Vallette at left with different color underprints, all with red SPECIMEN oveprints, back color matches front color overprint, Condition ranges from Au to Uncirculated, the $20 note has 4 or 5 pin holes on the left middle border area with a small area of paper clip rust, the 10 Shilling note exists as well as a second set in a different form then this set from 10 Shillings to £10. An issued and cancelled set is known in the collection of the bank. No uncancelled issued notes apparently survived. Exceptional rarities with lovely designs and colors. A unique opportunity.
