Tamaqua, Pennsylvania, 18xx, (ca.1850s), $5, Plate C, Similar to PA-635-G6a, Proof only issue, Unlisted without red protector overprint in Haxby, printed in black on india paper on thin card, Portrait of Clay on right, standing and lying sheep on ground on left with coal train with bridge and iron furnaces in background, small POC's, ABN overprint on back in purple-red with no bleed through, Choice AU but the note appears Uncirculated, the lower right corner has been jammed and has effected the paper slightly and the lower left corner edge has been slightly bent, additionally, the upper left small corner design element has been removed skillfully in the past for some banknote production use that does not show up at first glance, BC, BBC.
