Austria, 1919 to 1922. Large 120+ of issued Notgeld notes mounted on original album pages, representing numerous Austrian municipalities. Includes: KitzbÙhel, Kufstein, Hall in Tirol, M_dling, Berndorf, Aspang, St. P_lten, Klosterneuburg, Zwettl, Waidhofen an der Ybbs, Ybbs, GmÙnd, Krems, Tulln, Langenlois, Neulengbach, Mautern, Spital am Pyhrn, Buchkirchen, St. Georgen, Eckartsau, Lorch, MÙrzzuschlag, and additional towns, among others. Denominations range from Heller to Krone issues, with multiple matched town series and denomination runs present. Designs feature town views, architecture, coats of arms, and regional scenes typical of early 1920s Austrian emergency currency.
