Austria & Germany, 1917 to 1923. Lot of 350+ issued municipal Notgeld notes mounted in a period ledger-style album, predominantly Austrian with a smaller German component. Includes examples from Hall in Tirol, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Hallein, Linz, M_dling, HinterbrÙhl, Bad Aussee, Steyr, Wels, St. P_lten, GmÙnd, Bruck an der Mur, Leoben, Wiener Neustadt, and Vienna-area municipalities, along with additional Austrian towns and German municipal issues from various locations, among others. Collection features numerous Heller and Kronen denominations with a mix of Kassenscheine, Gutscheine, and pictorial Serienscheine, many in matched multi-color or denomination sets. Mounted with corner tabs on original ledger pages as an intact, period-assembled collection. Notes are generally VF to AU with some better, while the album is in worn condition with heavy edge wear, brittleness, tears, and toning throughout.
