Venezuela, 1989. Uncut vertical pair of 2 Bolivares, P-69 Unlisted specimen missing vignette of Bolivar on right. Bolivar's portrait is missing on right as well as text and date. Printed on "Domtar" paper. This banknote was utilized for paper testing and evaluation to compare Crane versus Dotmar paper. Both have red serial numbers and red specimen overprints. Backs are printed fully. No cancellation holes. Rare banknote research proof pair from USBNC. The top note could be separated and would grade Choice to Gem Uncirculated, the bottom note has some folding at bottom where the note was folded for storage and would grade XF to AU Condition. USBNC.
