Canada. Jan.22, 1971. P-88 Specimen; P-88 Unlisted Essay. $10. Specimen banknote of P-88, Banque Du Canada - Bank of Canada. Also includes unique proof multicolor undertints of face and back that are printed on white paper and pasted to manila archival sheet with archival notations about the undertint. XF condition. Both are coming loose from the mounting but are still attached on the left. Notations state "1st Set Of Plates - Oversize - Bank of Canada $10 Face". Both are very similar to final undertints, but have slight differences from the final versions. Unique Canada banknote production items; Sheet also includes undertints for Venezuela, Banco Central De Venezuela, P-31 and P-32. Both in XF condition. Rare banknote production material. ABNC
