Lot of 5 Undertint Production Proofs in the issued colors, All are from the 1917 “Tsao Kuan” Issue. Includes the face undertints from $1, P-37J (S/M#C294-65); $5, P-37K (S/M#C294-66); $10, P-37L (S/M#C294-67); $50, P-37M (S/M#C294-68); and, $100, P-37N (S/M#C294-69), Condition for all but the $5 ranges between Choice VF to XF-AU with small tears, edge problems and mounting issues on the right back of each note, the $5 has two large tears but is intact and easily mended. Only listed as proof in SCWPM with catalog values ranging between $14,000 to $45,000 for each note. This unique set would match the proof or specimen undertints of the notes. This is the only opportunity most collectors will ever have to owning at least a portion of this important issue. ABNC.
