Lot of 9 Issued Banknotes, Includes: 5 Yuan, 1914, P-117o (2) S/M#C126-93, Shanghai Branch, ABNC, VF; 1927, 5 Yuan, P-146Ca, Shantung, English Signature; 5 Yuan, P-146Cb, Chefoo/Shantung, English and Chinese Signatures; 5 Yuan, P-146Cc, Lungkow/Shantung, English and Chinese Signatures; 5 Yuan, P-146Cd, Tsinan/Shantung, English and Chinese Signatures; 5 Yuan, P-146Ce, Tsingtau/Shantung, English and Chinese Signatures; 5 Yuan, P-146Cf, Weihaiwei/Shantung, English and Chinese Signatures; and, 1941, 5 Yuan, P-157a, S/M#C126-251, CMPA. Notes range from Fine to VF+ condition. All of the Branch Issues are rare. Only 3 notes have been graded for the Chefoo/Shantung branch; 13 notes for the Lungkow/Shantung branch; 7 notes for the Tsinan/Shantung branch; 17 notes graded for the Tsingtau/Shantung Branch; and 3 notes graded for the Weihaiwei/Shantung Branch. All are rare in any condition with very few appearance at auction. This is an opportunity to acquire all of these rarities at one time. (9).
