Columbus, NJ. Lot of 6 notes, Includes 5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents, & 50 cents, 1860's, Wait 433, 434, 437, 440, & 443, R-3, R-4, & R-5. Gibbs issued scrip during the Civil War. Columbus is in Burlington County. This lot contains six pieces of unissued scrip. There are two 5c notes, one in Brown(Wait 433), and one in green(Wait 434). Two 10c notes are in the lot, both Wait 437, printed in brown. The remaining two notes are a 25c(Wait 440) and a 50c(Wait 443), both printed in brown. All six notes have the NJ State Arms vignette in the center. (6)
