Includes a portrait of Alexander Hamilton, a depiction of a ship at sea, $1000 and $50 banknote or bond elements, as well as an Eagle with shield. "Sections Supplementary 5/20 Bonds. Pl. 15. Coupons" at bottom center. XF condition with some water staining, also has a .25 inch tear at top margin.
