Boston, MA. Ann Arbor, MI. Lot of 3 notes with the same design. The Bank of Washtenaw opened in 1835, failed in 1839, revived and failed again in 1854. Haxby MI-50 G40A has no overprint. Haxby MI-50 G40B has a large red "ONE' overprint, and is the genuine note from which the Boston note(the Haxby plate note) was altered. Choice VG to Fine. DW&C. (3)
