No 22" on lower right above border, Printing under portrait states "As adapted by the Austro-Hungarian Government", impressive looking note, Liberty portrait at center flanked by cameo portraits, Detailed and very ornate and one of the more attractive advertising notes seen by the cataloger. PMG graded Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Stunning and rare. BWC.
