Act of February 20th, 1863, Black print on black border with gray underprint printed on White paper (Listed as bluish banknote paper), Portrait of John Tyler at top, S/N 33640 handwritten, Signed by Rose. VF-XF condition. 7 coupons attached. Evans & Cogswell Lith. Colombia S.C. Very possibly an unlisted variety. The octagonal medallions are listed to have been issued from March 9th, 1863 to February 5th, 1864 with the serial number between #1701 to 51,900 and was supposed to be printed on bluish banknote paper, while this bond is printed on white paper. Deserves further research.
