(ca.1930's). 2 different specimen Colorado Beer stamp uncut sheets of 5. Large format stamps. 4.75 x 1.5 inches each. One is red and the other blue. Both sheets (10 stamps) have "Specimen" overprints, "00000" serial numbers and POC's. Facsimile signature of "James H. Carr as Secretary of state. Perforated horizontally, printed on security banknote paper with colored dots. No gum as issued. Possibly either color trials or essays. Printer is "The W.H.Kistler Stationary Co.". Uncirculated condition. Scarce.
