Tax Warrant for 27 Shillings (1 Pound 7 Shillings) Issued to 'Windham Selectmen', Black print with black handwriting and signatures, Signed by early Connecticut figures Fenn Wadsworth and William Moseley. Fenn Wadsworth (1750/51-1785) was a brigade major to General James Wadsworth from 1776 to 1779. William Moseley (1755-1824) later would serve in the Connecticut state senate. He was also the Director of the Hartford National Bank from 1797 to 1815. VF condition.
