London, England and Dawson City, N.W.T. 1899. $480, Issued bill of exchange, red-brown on wavy green underprint, Arms in middle flanked by title of bank, counterfoil on left with a list of all of the branches of the bank, Issued in London and payable at Dawson City, N.W.T.. Dawson City was founded in 1896 and played a major part in the Yukon-Klondyke Gold Rush of the 1890's-1900's. XF with a small file hole on the upper left that is difficult to see. Scarce gold rush related fiscal document.
