China, Lot of 2 pieces, Front and Back of Unissued 5 Yuan denomination by SBNC. 1945 Date, 5 Yuan, P-Unlisted (Same design used on 1947, 1000 Yuan, P-290, issued in purple with SYS in middle, the back with Sunbursts on left and right with large "1000" medallion in middle, this note is printed in blue with SYS on face with same design, the back is blue with Sunbursts left and right with Junks sailing on river. Red Chinese specimen on face and English Specimen overprint on back, POC's, S/N's 000000, The face is PCGS graded Choice Uncirculated 63PPQ an the back is graded Very Choice Uncirculated 64PPQ. Possibly an essay design that was utilized for the 1000 Yuan note. First time seen by us. SBNC.
