China, ND (ca.1915), Lot of 6 Proofs printed in black on india paper on thin white card, Includes the Name and Denomination counters from the back of the $1, P-37D, and $5, P-37E, each are 3 inches x 2.25 inches with small heading on top of each with plate number "LITHO DIE-FOR-BACK - C3280 & C3281", also included are text proofs for the Provincial Bank of Honan; the Bank Territorial (Development?), all for bank note faces, as well as the small text for the American Bank Note Imprint used on the bottom of the banknotes they print. All of these are rare proofs, all are in Uncirculated to CU condition. ABNC (6), The 1915 Bank of China "Huang Ti" issue is extremely rare and very possibly this may be as close as any collector will ever get to owning something to related to this rare issue.
