China, 1920. $5. P-S236s2. (S/M #C271-3d). Uniface Face and back banknotes, Specimen banknote. Brown on m/c underprint with Statue of liberty vignette in middle. Red specimen overprint, "00000" serial numbers and POC's. The back has Shanghai printed in English and Chinese as well as Signatures in English with sub-title "American Vice President" and "Manager", The face is PMG graded About Uncirculated 53 NET with note of a small chip off of the lower left corner and previously mounted, the back is PMG graded Choice Uncirculated 63 with note of paper pulls on back. Rare Shanghai issue. ABNC.
