China, 1920. 1 Dollar, P-S232s4 S/M#C271-5, Specimen Banknote, Black on blue and m/c underprint, Small Statue of Liberty vignette at right and shield at left, Back is green with bank name at top and denomination at center, S/N 00000 with 26 printed at top left corner, Specimen overprints and POCs, PMG graded Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ, ABNC. This note is tied as highest graded out of 8 graded in the PMG census, none higher. In addition, this is the first example to be offered in 5 years to the collecting public as well as being the highest graded to be offered at auction.
