Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Group of 5 Bonds, 1 is I/C with the balance are Specimens with one proof. The Specimen bonds were dated between 1920 to 1924. # of the bonds are $-Odd and one for $20,000. All with Liberty Bell on bottom and top with bridges flanking portrait of possibly the Mayor at that time. All are rare and printed by SBNC. The I/C bond is in Fine condition with damage to margins and missing bottom left corner. The specimens are XF-UNC condition. (5)
