Montana, 1904. Pair of Police Court documents on the same piece of paper, double-sided, which discusses a pair of misdemeanors committed in the City of Philipsburg, Montana. Both outline the crimes committed and have been signed by a Police Judge. Document 201 regards the charging of Frankie Frankling for being named an inmate of a "house of prostitution" despite local ordinances. Document 202 regards a complaint made against a Mr. Judge, and mentions the "Crystal Saloon" in the city of Philipsburg. Very interesting pair of legal documents.
