Allegorical women and nude children flank oval ornament. Written in English. Red specimen overprints, 00000" serial numbers and POC's. Coupons attached. Appears in VG to Fine condition with toning, but their is extensive archival reinforcement of all of the folds due to the aging and potential separation of the paper at the folds. ABNC. Rare Polish specimen bond and one of two of this type found in archive. This bond is sold "As Is".
