Cartajena. Colombia. 1877-88. P-S101; S123c; S421p; S422p. 10 cent; 50 cent; 1 peso 4 different banknotes are represented on this Hamilton Banknote Company scrap book page. P-S101 Unlisted, 10 cent proof; P-S123c 50 cent proof, both from Estado Soberano De Bolivar. El Banco Del Departmento De Bolivar is represented by P-S421p color trial back proof in green with front proof and P-S422, 1 Peso note in issued color, but unfortunately missing 1/4 of the note toward the right side of the note. Condition is mixed with glue stains, pieces missing, small tears, etc, but this is an amazing record of the bank note production process. Each note is represented by a front and back proof as well as a proof of the undertint used on the front of the note. There are 2 pages that the notes are mounted on with the back of the pages blank. Hamilton BNC.
