Colombia, 1900. 20 Centavos, P-Unlisted, Front and Back Proof, Green print with man and horse at left, Front and back print on same sheet in Spanish with order information at bottom, POCs, VF to XF condition, FLBNC. The "La Manuelita" tickets. Palmira is a sugar company of the department of Valle del Cauca, based in Palmira City, which was owned by Mr. Santiago Eder. It was issued in a twenty cents denomination, prepared by the American firm Franklin - Lee Bank Note, in August 1900, The back of the note has the name Don Santiago Eder as responsible for the issue. Unlisted in the SCWPM.
