Fine condition with significant ink burn at the signature cancellation blocks almost obliterating the signatures. Signed by James A. Roosevelt, half-brother of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Married into Astor fortune (Helen Schermerhorn Astor). Ambassador during Cleveland administration. Left money for Roosevelt Hospital (New York)
