Russia. Unusual uniface naval scrip "10 Poods in crackers/biscuits" note. Crowned double headed eagle with anchors at top, two additional anchors at sides. Title reads "Kom. Dep. Mor. Min." which is an abbreviation of the issuer, "Commercial Department of Maritime Ministry". "Pood" is a unit of mass equal to 40 funt (funt is the Russian pound) or approximately 16.38 kilograms (36.11 pounds). It was historically used in Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
