Auction Date:2010 Apr 15 @ 11:00 (UTC-4 : AST/EDT)
Location:Crowne Plaza Hotel. 401 South Van Brunt St, Englewood, New Jersey, 07631, United States
ND (1927), 1 Pound, P-16c, Issued banknote, Riddle - Heathershaw signatures. Dark olive-green on m/c face with portrait King George V at right and arms at left, back green with Cook's landing at Botany Bay. Note grade VG+ to Almost Fine but has minor faults including 2 pin holes and 2 or 3 small pin hole size spots due to strong folds and wear on the left side of note and toning spots on the top middle and right margin where the paper has chipped off in small areas. Paper quality is firm and crisp and the note is still very attractive and if not for the small chips could have clians to Fine+ condition. Great note for the beginning collector that is still affordable but very presentable.
