Germany, 1917. Lot of 7 Issued POW Notgeld used in Army Corps III out of Berlin, All camps run by Army Corps III used the same notes and had camp names stamped on back, Lot includes: 1 Pfennig in brown, 5 Pfennig in pale blue, 10 Pfennig in red, 25 Pfennig in green, 50 Pfennig in Purple, 1 Mark in blue, and 2 Mark in brown. Cottbus POW camp was a sub-camp of Merzdorf and primarily held British and Russian soldiers. Notes are in Uncirculated to CU condition. (7). Sold "AS IS" no returns accepted.
