Czechoslovakia/France Banknote Proof Vignettes.Czechoslovakia and France, ND (ca.1919 -1930), 5 different proof vignettes printed on india paper and mounted on manila card or are mounted on large manila file envelopes. Includes a series of four large vignettes of standing allegorical woman with either winged wheel and locomotives; winged wheel and buildings or close up in circle of upper part of her body only. Also included is the vignette as used modified for P.19, the 5000 Korun of 1920. This allegorical portrait was originally used on a French 100 Franc note designed by American Bank Note Company but never released. Choice Condition. Rare. *Ex-H.R.
