Washington D.C., 1965. Official program booklet and invitation for the Twenty-Ninth Biennial Banquet of the International Association of Siderographers, held September 4, 1965 at the Manger Hamilton Hotel, Washington, D.C., bound in plastic comb with printed title cover, the interior includes a large portrait of George Washington (BEP printed), and 3 U.S. postage stamps glued to the interior of the back cover of Hoover, Kennedy; and Churchill; and, an engraved invitation to the same banquet, printed in blue with union emblem with a siderography machine in the middle and ornate lettering. A scarce pair of mid-20th century union banquet security printing ephemera documenting one of the major gatherings of the siderographers’ trade. Uncirculated condition. (2).
