Fine to VF condition with toning and slight damage to the margins, black text with black handwriting, and feature an intaglio printed letterhead with Benjamin Franklin's portrait at top center with a list of the predecessor companies that joined forces to form DW&C. Upper left in small print states "Original Designs for Vignettes and other Embellishments Furnished when required without charge". Rare security printer letterhead.
