This was one of the last letterheads of the companies before beginning the merger that would form the American Bank Note Company. This version of the company had already integrated the following companies, which are listed on the letterhead in small print: the Murray, Draper, Fairman & Co.; Underwood, Bald Spencer & Hufty; Danforth Bald & Co.; Draper, Underwood, Bald & Spencer; Spencer, Hufty & Danforth.
