Red specimen overprints, 0000 serial numbers, and POCs. Fine condition, ABNC. Deutscher Verein is the 2nd oldest Social Club still in existence in New York City. It was founded in 1842 with the objective to provide a platform for the intellectual, cultural and social life of Germans and Americans of German ancestry living in the New York City area. Rare bond with only 3 examples found and this is the only one available.
