$100, Jackson on top, a Fourth Liberty Loan “Permanent” or Long Bond has a mint green under-print with a vibrant red treasury seal. There are coupons 32-40 attached. The reverse has a golden orange rendition of “Justice” draped with the American flag on the bond. Appears VF bu there is an area of rust burn from an old paper clip to the left of Jackson's portrait with a very thin area of paper loss due to this, still rare and attractive bond.
