$50, Jefferson on top, Fourth Liberty Loan “Permanent” or Long Bond, mint green under-print, vibrant red treasury seal. Coupons 32-40 attached. The reverse has a nice chocolate brown rendition of “Justice” draped with the American flag on the bond. Treasury seal clearly stamped. Bond grades VF+ but cut close on left due to coupon removal and a very small area of rust from an old paper clip. BEP.
