(10). Sold "AS IS" no returns accepted." The Gambrinus Brewing Co. of Columbus, Ohio was a local brewery during the early 20th century. It operated before Prohibition, producing beer for the regional market. Named after the legendary King Gambrinus, a symbol of brewing, the company was part of the rich brewing tradition influenced by German immigrants. Like many small breweries, it likely faced closure or transformation during Prohibition in 1920. This Ohio-based brewery is not related to the modern Gambrinus Brewing Co. in Texas.
