Dinslaken-Niederrhein, North Rhine–Westphalia, 1 Billion Mark district emergency note dated 9 November 1923, issued during the peak of German hyperinflation. Obverse features engraved portraits of district officials and a detailed view of the Dinslaken administrative building; reverse carries the framed denomination 'Eine Billion,' official signatures, district crest, and serial number. Issued with 2-month validity and redeemable at the district treasury. A classic late-inflation municipal Notgeld issue.
