Germany, 1920-21. Lot of 31 Issued Notgeld, Includes examples from Münnerstadt, Bad Landeck, Köln, Körlin, Königsberg Pr., Kloster Zinna, Kitzingen am Main, and Bad Kissingen, among others. Designs feature municipal coats of arms, architectural views of churches and civic buildings, allegorical figures, scenic town views, and decorative borders typical of early 1920s German Notgeld issues. Several notes display serial numbers and printed or manuscript signatures of municipal officials, and some show minor cancellation or accounting markings consistent with redemption or municipal record handling. All are in Uncirculated to CU condition except for 4 VF notes, another attractive assortment. (31). Sold “AS IS” no returns accepted.
