ND (ca.1880's), $3 Hawaiian Government Specimen bond Coupon, Black on chestnut brown underprint "O", Hawaiian Notable woman at left, S/N 15, Specimen overprints, POC, PMG graded Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ. Early Hawaiian Fiscal documents and currency are literally unavailable to any collector. This specimen was engraved by the American Bank Note Company and was included as part of a bond. This interest bearer coupon was redeemable at the bank. No issued examples are known to have survived or be in private hands.
