Indenture between the Mayer, Alderman, and Commonalty of the City of New York of the first part and Peter Schermerhorn for a parcel of land that used to be covered in water "but now made land" beginning at the westerly line at Beekman Slip at a point sixty three feet southerly of the South Westerly corner of Beekman Slip and Front Street. Document also has map attached showing specific parcel of land mentioned. XF to AU condition.
