Creswell at the right with the Post Office Logo of a Pony Express rider at left, with patriotic eagle at the bottom middle, includes a matching proof vignette of Creswell printed in black on india paper mounted on a thin card, No S/Ns, Purple SPECIMEN overprint in middle, POCs in signature area, The Draft and proof vignette are both in Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition, both are printed by the B.E.P. (2) Extremely rare if not unique.
