Lot of 2 items, Includes a 43 Cents I/U Transfer Draft, Black printing on pink paper, Benjamin Franklin Portrait at left with a Post Office Logo of a Pony Express rider at right, with sack of mail at bottom middle, include matching proof vignette of Franklin printed in black on thin card, S/N 11634, signed by the 3rd Assistant Post Master and is made out to Balthasar Fensi, St. Pauls, Montana, The draft is in Choice VF to XF condition and the proof vignette is in VF condition with foxing and light toning spots, Evidently, the draft was never redeemed due to the low amount of value. both are printed by the B.E.P. (2)
