Ireland, March 17th, 1866, $5, Plate D, P-S101 Unlisted Specimen, No overprints or signatures, Black on light tan paper, Standing allegorical woman with soldier reaching for sword and dog with city in back ground on left, portrait of man in uniform on right, over 30 Irish city's names on border, back with ornate green engraving, POC's, previously mounted on the back 4 corners with a little pull on the lower right corner and light paper and glue remnants on the back, otherwise the note appears Choice Uncirculated but will grade Choice AU. Extremely rare as specimen. Continental BNC. First time seen by cataloger.
