Germany, 1933. 5 Reichsmark, P-199, Issued banknote, Brown on m/c underprint with denomination at center, Orange, 2 pence Great Britain postage stamp used as a revenue stamp with oval overprint "Inland Revenue - (Conversion?) Controller General", Back is brown on orange and green, S/N C 1863777, PMG graded Choice Uncirculated 64 with comment "Pinholes." This is the first time we have seen the use of a postage stamp used on this issue.
